MONOCULTIVAR MARZEMINA OIL

Emerald green hue with golden reflections. It has a nose characterized by fruity notes of kiwi and apple corroborated by herbaceous and tomato sensations. The taste is consistent with the smell, Marzemina gives this product a delicate structure, enlivened by measured bitter and spicy hints. The finish is not particularly long but very pleasant and proportionate. Facilitated harvesting in an early period, then pressing in a continuous cycle. Preservation with nitrogen.
