Rhododendron honey has a sweet, delicate taste and a not too strong scent.
Very light in color when it is in its liquid state, when it crystallizes it becomes whitish in color.

Try it with soft, mature and tasty cheeses, excellent for sweetening herbal teas and drinks

Has properties restorative and calming, it is therefore indicated in states of great stress.
